Set the documentation request form that will be submitted to by a third party
Documentation request forms from third parties are used when applicants ask others (e.g., recommenders, schools) to submit documents such as letters of recommendation or transcripts.
Follow the steps below to set up documentation request forms from third parties:
- Click the "Set the documentation request form that will be submitted to by a third party" button on the admission details screen to open the settings page.
- Click the +Add button to add a new documentation request form.
- You will be redirected to the documentation request creation screen.

Example: If the required number is 1 and the maximum is 3, the applicant can request up to 3 people. If at least one person submits, the requirement is fulfilled.
④ RequiredSelect whether the document is mandatory.
If checked, an additional option appears to allow application completion before submission of this form.
⑤ Recommenders/Requestees can view the application forms.Set whether the recommender or requestees can view application information.⑥ Type of Recommender / RequesteeSet the category of the recommender or Requestee.⑦ + Add type recommender / requesteeAdd a new category for recommenders or requestee.⑧ Use the master data when entering the email addresses of Recommenders/Requestees.Set whether to use a predefined options master for email input.
If enabled, applicants can select a name (e.g., professor) and the email will auto-fill based on the master.
To use this feature, the master must be pre-registered.
