STEP1: Account Registration

Register an account from the invitation email.


        Register for a University Administrator account from the University Administrator invitation email.

        Only university administrators with super user privileges can invite university administrators.

        University administrators with super user privileges will be invited by the TAO management team.

        For more information on other management accounts, read STEP8.


        After receiving the invitation e-mail, please follow the steps below to register your account.


  1. Click on the link in the invitation email.

  2.  On the account registration screen, set your password, gender, and language, and agree to the “terms and conditions” and “Handling of personal information". 
  3. Your account will be registered.


    This completes the account registration process.



If You Forgot Your Password


If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset it.


  1. Click on “I forgot my password” on the login page.


  2. Enter the registered email address and click “Reset password.”

  3. A password reset email will be sent to you. Please click the link in the email to reset your password.


This completes the password reset process.



If You Enter Incorrect Login Details Multiple Times


  If you enter your login password incorrectly multiple times, your account will be temporarily locked.

  Please wait for a while and try logging in again.
