Set Postal Documents
Set Postal Documents is used to configure documents that applicants must submit by post.
Follow the steps below to configure postal documents.
- On the recruitment details screen, click the "Set postal documents" button to move to the configuration screen.
<List of postal documents>Item nameOverview① Descriptions to an applicant - TitleEnter the title of the explanation for applicants.② Descriptions to an applicant - Body textEnter the body text of the explanation for applicants.③ Document nameSelect the name of the document to be submitted by post.④ RequiredSet whether the document is required.⑤ Delete Delete a new postal document. ⑥ +AddAdd a new postal document.⑦ SaveSave the settings. - Enter the information for the required postal documents, then click ⑥ "Save” to complete the registration.
