STEP4-2: Manage university - List of Departments/Courses

In the Manage university section, you can edit and manage information related to your affiliated university.


List of departments/courses


From the middle item in the dropdown menu, List of departments/courses, you can create and manage departments/courses.


List View    

Displays a list of all departments/courses schools registered under the university. From this screen, you can view details for each departments/courses, or add a new one.



Add New

You can create a new entry by clicking the Add New button on the list screen.


Item name
Overview
① Languge (Required) Set the display language. (Choose “Japanese” or “English”)
②Department/Course (Required) Enter the name of the faculty or graduate school.
③ Program (Required) Select the type of program. (Undergraduate, Graduate, or Non-degree program)
④ ReleaseChoose whether to publish the information of the faculty or graduate school.
⑤Department Code
Set a unique identification code for the faculty or graduate school.
⑥Add Name in Other LanguageAdd the name in another language.
⑦ SaveSave the entered information and register the faculty or graduate school.



Detail screen

Displays detailed information about the selected departments/courses.


Item name
Overview
① Edit ButtonEdit the information of the department/course.
② Back ButtonReturn to the list screen.
③ Delete Button

Delete the information of the department/course.

④ Add ButtonAdd content to be displayed in the ”School Details” section for applicants. For details, please refer to the ”Add Content” section.
