How long is the session time?
If there is no activity for 3 hours after login, the system will automatically log you out.
What happens if an applicant's session times out right before the application deadline?
While this is an extremely rare case, if an applicant who hasn't completed their application returns to the login screen right before the deadline (within the 3hour session time limit) and is in the middle of logging in (entering ID/password) when the deadline passes, the following will occur:
- The login session times out after 3 hours of inactivity.
- The applicant enters information in the form and clicks "Save".
- Due to session timeout, they're automatically redirected to the login screen and the entered information is not saved.
- While entering login credentials, the application deadline passes.
- The applicant clicks login to sign in again.
- They return to the last screen they were on, but only information saved before the session timeout is displayed.
Since the application period has closed, buttons like "Save and goto next" or "content confirmation" will be hidden, making it impossible to complete the application. Thus, even if an applicant logs in right before the deadline after a session timeout, they may be unable to complete their application in such cases.
