Management accounts are created by university administrators and can be used to edit departments, programs, and admission schemes, as well as to create, edit, or delete application documents. These accounts also allow access to applicant and recommender/request recipient information, management of messages with applicants, examination fee tracking, and selection result settings.

    ※1-4 …Management permitted only for programs assigned by upper-level administrators (including sub-programs under manageable departments)

    ※1-5 …Available only if assigned by upper-level administrators

From the management account detail page, you can invite admission scheme administrators.


・Click "Invite university administrator to invite a university administrator.

Note: This option is only available to super users.

・Click "Invite administrator to invite an admission scheme administrator.Admission scheme administrators can also be invited from each admission scheme detail screen.
